Where is the reset button?

The reset button on all Zimi devices is located behind the switch plate cover. You'll need to remove the cover plate to access it.

Accessing the reset button:

Carefully remove the front cover plate from your Zimi device
The reset button is located on the device itself, now visible after removing the cover

Using the reset button:

Single tap: Refreshes the device. Use this if your device is unresponsive or needs a quick restart without losing its configuration.
Press and hold: Performs a factory reset. Warning: This will erase all settings and remove the device from your network. You'll need to set up the device again from scratch.
