The status LED indicator on the device is red
The red logo on a device indicates a fault. For dimmable switches, the indicator will flash 1, 2 or 3 times depending on the fault below.
If the indicator is not flashing, try updating the device firmware.

RED + indicator 1x single flash
The device has activated overload protection. Please ensure the connected load is <250W or there are too many lights causing high inrush current.
RED + indicator 2x double flash
The device has activated temperature protection. Please ensure the ambient temperature is below maximum and that the connected load is dimmable.
RED + indicator 3 x triple flash
The device has lost the Behaviour Link to another device. Check the Behaviour Link in DEVICE SETTINGS.
You can attempt to clear the error with a single press RESET BUTTON. Do not hold the reset button as this will factory reset the device.
