I have changed Internet Providers. What do I need to do with my Cloud Connect?
If you have recently switched over to a new Internet provider and you have received a new modem, follow these steps to reconnect your Cloud Connect to your new network.
Go to the Main Menu in the Zimi app and select Manage Network
Select the Cloud Connect icon and then select Remove this device
Wait for a Blue LED light to appear on the Cloud Connect. If there is no blue light, hold the reset button until it flashes blue.
Add the device again and select your new Wi-Fi network
Go to the Main Menu in the Zimi app and select Manage Network
Select the Cloud Connect icon and then select Remove this device
Wait for a Blue LED light to appear on the Cloud Connect. If there is no blue light, hold the reset button until it flashes blue.
Add the device again and select your new Wi-Fi network
