I have changed Internet Providers. What do I need to do with my Cloud Connect?
If you've recently switched to a new internet provider and received a new modem or router, you'll need to reconnect your Cloud Connect to the new Wi-Fi network. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the Menu Open the Zimi app and tap Menu at the bottom right of the screen.
Step 2: Navigate to Devices From the Menu screen, tap Devices to view all your connected devices.
Step 3: Select your Cloud Connect Scroll through the device list and tap on your Cloud Connect to open its settings.
Step 4: Delete the Cloud Connect In the Device Settings screen, scroll down and tap Delete Device to remove the Cloud Connect from your current network.
Step 5: Prepare the Cloud Connect for pairing Wait for a blue LED light to appear on your Cloud Connect. This indicates it's ready to be paired. If the LED doesn't turn blue automatically, press and hold the reset button until it flashes blue.
Step 6: Add the Cloud Connect to your new network Tap the + icon at the top right of the home screen, select Add Device, and follow the prompts to add your Cloud Connect. Select your new Wi-Fi network when prompted and complete the setup.
Once reconnected, your Cloud Connect will restore connectivity to all your Zimi devices on the new network.
