I have changed Internet Providers. What do I need to do with my Cloud Connect?
If you have recently switched over to a new Internet provider and you have received a new modem, follow these steps to reconnect your Cloud Connect to your new network.
- Go to the Main Menu in the Zimi app and select Manage Network
- Select the Cloud Connect icon and then select Remove this device
- Wait for a Blue LED light to appear on the Cloud Connect. If there is no blue light, hold the reset button until it flashes blue.
- Add the device again and select your new Wi-Fi network
