What do status LED indicator colours mean?

Your Zimi device uses LED indicators to communicate its current status. Here's what each colour and pattern means:


Blue

Ready to join a network Your device is powered on and ready to be set up. Open the Zimi app and select 'Add Device' to begin pairing.


White

Connected to network Your device is working normally and connected to your Zimi network. To set up the device again, press and hold the reset button until the LED turns blue.


**Green pulsing (Double Power Point only)**

Energy Alert The connected appliance is using high power. You can adjust or disable energy alert settings in the Zimi app under device settings.


**Blue / White pulsing**

Direct connection The device is being identified while you're adjusting its settings in the Zimi app. This helps you confirm you're controlling the correct device.


White pulsing

Automatic schedule A scheduled action is about to be activated. You can view, change, or disable device schedules in the Zimi app.


Red

Device failure Your device has encountered an error. Try accessing Recovery Mode via the Zimi app. If the issue persists, please contact Zimi Support.
