What do status LED indicator colours mean?



BLUE
Ready to join a network.
This device is working and ready to be setup. Please choose ‘Add device’ in Zimi.

WHITE
Connected to network.
This device is working and connected to a network. To setup the device again, press & hold the RESET button until the logo turns blue.

GREEN PULSING (Double Power Point only)
Energy Alert
The connected appliance is using high power. You can change the energy alert settings in the Zimi app.

BLUE / WHITE PULSING
Direct connection.
This identifies the unit when changing its settings in Zimi.

WHITE PULSING
Automatic schedule
The schedule is about to be activated. Change or disable device schedules in Zimi.

RED
Device Failure
Try updating the firmware.
If unsuccessful, please contact your installer or supplier.
