How to update Device Firmware

Keeping your device firmware up to date ensures optimal performance and access to the latest features. Follow these steps to update your device:

Navigate to the settings section by selecting the settings icon.
Choose the device you wish to update from your list of devices.
Look for the firmware version information. If an update is available, you'll see an update option displayed next to the current version number. Note that this option will only appear when a newer firmware version is available.
Select the update option to begin the process, then confirm by starting the update. Keep your mobile device in close proximity to the hardware device throughout the update process to maintain a stable connection.
Follow any on-screen prompts and confirm completion once the firmware update has finished successfully.

Important: Ensure your device remains powered on and connected during the entire update process. Do not interrupt the update or move too far from the device.
