Important: To successfully connect your Zimi devices to your smart home platform, please ensure that:
- All your Zimi devices are properly added to your Zimi app and functioning correctly
- Your Zimi Cloud Connect is added and online in your Zimi app
- You have a stable Wi-Fi connection
- Your smart home platform app is updated to the latest version

Google Home
- Open the Google Home app on your smartphone
- Tap the gear icon (⚙️) to access Settings
- Select "Works with Google" from the settings menu
- Search for "Zimi" in the list of compatible services
- Tap on the Zimi service and follow prompts to sign in to your Zimi account
- Grant permissions for Google Home to access your Zimi devices
- Your Zimi switches should appear in the Google Home app for control and automation
Samsung SmartThings
- Open the SmartThings app
- Tap the "+" icon to add a device
- Scan the QR Code on your Zimi Matter Connect device.
- Authorize SmartThings to control your Zimi devices
- Complete device discovery and naming
Apple Home
- Open the Apple Home app on your iOS device
- Tap the "+" icon in the top right
- Select "Add Accessory"
- Scan the QR Code on your Zimi Matter Connect device.
- Follow the setup prompts to add the device to your home
- Assign the switches to rooms and customize settings
Amazon Alexa
- Open the Amazon Alexa app
- Tap "More" in the bottom menu, then "Skills & Games"
- Search for the official Zimi skill
- Select the Zimi skill and tap "Enable to Use"
- Sign in to your Zimi account when prompted
- Complete the account linking authorization
- Say "Alexa, discover my devices" or tap "Discover Devices" in the app
- Your Zimi switches should now be controllable via voice commands and the Alexa app
