The Zimi app is not starting the update. The device is flashing blue and white.
If you are attempting to update a device and the device is flashing blue and white, please follow the steps below.
1) While the device is flashing blue and white, double tap the reset button.
2) Repeat step until the LED logo turns red. The update will then begin.
3) Keep holding the phone near the device until the progress bar reaches 100%
