My Google Home / Amazon Alexa cannot display my Powermesh devices



If your Google Home or Amazon Alexa is unable to detect your devices after linking accounts, please follow the instructions.


Make sure your Zimi Cloud Connect is connected and is ONLINE.




Open your Google Home / Alexa app and link the account with your Zimi account.

Note: If your Google Home device is already linked to Zimi, ask Google:

"Hey Google, re-sync my devices"
