The logo on my Powermesh device is red
The red logo on a Powermesh indicates a fault. For dimmable switches, the indicator will flash 1, 2 or 3 times depending on the fault below.
If the indicator is not flashing, try updating the device firmware.

RED + indicator 2x double flash
RED + indicator 3 x triple flash |
You can attempt to clear the error with a single press RESET BUTTON. Do not hold the reset button as this will factory reset the device.
