What happens when a home changes ownership?

The previous owner can add the new user to the network, whom could then remove the previous owner. Alternatively devices can be factory reset and setup as a new device by the new owner. TO do this remove the cover and PRESS AND HOLD the reset button until the indicator changes colour.
