Powermesh Logo is RED while performing a Firmware update
If the logo on your Powermesh device turned RED while performing a firmware update, follow the steps below.
1. Force close the Zimi app on your iOS. If you have an Android device, please click here
2. Hold your phone near the device and open the Zimi app again.
3. After a few seconds a message will appear regarding your device requiring a firmware update. Press OK.
4. Press Start and the update will begin.
5. Leave the phone near the device while it is updating.
6. The light will then go back to white after the update is finished.
7. Press OK
